  I'm handicapped and I was thrown out of the store without a working phone. I was told to come back in 5 days and that my phone that was only 1 month old could not be repaired traded in or replaced. I have a paralyzed 3 fingers on my dominate hand and in renal failure . They told me to go die.

  This Apple Store was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. One of the employees, Lex, was especially unhelpful throughout the situation. I clearly explained multiple times that I wanted my iCloud turned off because I did not mind losing the information on the device, yet she continued trying to persuade me otherwise instead of simply respecting my decision as the customer. At one point, it genuinely felt like I was being prevented from purchasing a phone with my OWN MONEY because of the iCloud situation. Customers should feel supported and listened to, not pressured or judged for their personal choices regarding their own devices and accounts. Apple really needs to do better when it comes to training employees to be more helpful, professional, and respectful of customer decisions.

  Went in for a repair on my iPhone, created an appointment, when I came back all the employees were standing around not attending or welcoming customers. How could a customer get the phone repaired if I cannot find help. Choose another Apple shop they seem very unorganized and unprofessional from the employees demeanor.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Highland Village. I came in to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is in excellent condition. Online, Apple estimated the value at around $350, but in-store I was only offered $100, with no clear explanation for such a huge difference. The lack of transparency and consistency is frustrating. I understand that evaluations can vary, but a $250 gap without proper justification feels unreasonable. On top of that, the service was not helpful or customer-oriented — I didn’t feel like anyone took the time to properly explain or review my device. Overall, very poor customer experience. I expected better from Apple.

  I had to perform a secure erase to fix my iPhone and it wiped everything. Fine, that’s expected. What’s not acceptable is that my iCloud backup from the day before didn’t restore any of it. For a company that prides itself on seamless user experience, this is a major failure. When people go through repairs or resets, restoring their data should be the easiest part, not the most frustrating. I’ve been an Apple user my entire life, but experiences like this make it hard to want to stay as Apple user. Reliability matters for people who use phones but I haven’t seen that from Apple in a long time. I’m switching to Samsung.
