What really made my visit stand out was Valeria’s outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy and well equipped.

I’ve had a horrible experience with the blonde lady Gina. I don’t know how cricket allows people with so much anger to interact with customers. Never going back and I’m changing services to another company maybe a company that respects their customers that take the time to walk in for new devices. 0 stars
