  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The representative (woman) who assisted me promised that I would receive a free smartwatch with the purchase of an iPhone. However, I later discovered that the watch was actually financed and added to my account without my clear understanding. One major issue is that they do not provide a paper receipt for financed purchases, which made it difficult to verify the charges at the time of the transaction. I feel misled and believe customers should receive clear documentation and honest information about any charges before completing a purchase. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.

  Compre un cargador para mí celular ya casi cerraban llegué a la casa el cargador no me sirvió volví al otro día a cambiarlo y aparte de que dijieron que tenía 7 días no me lo quisieron cambiar solo si lo cambiaba por otro cargador del mismo que tampoco le servía a mi celular! Según la chica que la manager de ese lugar no se lo permitía! No pedía el dinero solo quería que me cambiarán algo que no sirvió! Conclusión mal servicio de parte de la gerente
