  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The representative (woman) who assisted me promised that I would receive a free smartwatch with the purchase of an iPhone. However, I later discovered that the watch was actually financed and added to my account without my clear understanding. One major issue is that they do not provide a paper receipt for financed purchases, which made it difficult to verify the charges at the time of the transaction. I feel misled and believe customers should receive clear documentation and honest information about any charges before completing a purchase. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.

  La peor experiencia en esta tienda no recomiendo que vayan a dar sus pagos aqui, fui a dar mi pago mensual y el empleado tomo mi pago y me iso un bridge pay cuando yo nunca le dije que queria un bridge pay! Me cortaron mis lineas y me traian como mensa diciendome que llame al 611 cuando el error fue de ellos no mio! Total que prometieron un descuento de $20 dllr junto con la operadora del 611 y cuando regrese me dijierom que tenia que llamar al 611 de nuevo para poder tener eñ descuento me parecia una ridicules y mejor di mi pago completo! Pesimo servicio y rateros! Porque no recibi credito de nada asi que van a la tienda y los atiende creo que se llama daniel cheken sus tikets!
