  Wow, if customer service is how you hire at your store, these two ladies you have working today, March 27,2023 at 7:22 p.m. are the worst. Customer Service is EVERYTHING in retail. It’s not obvious and also apparent your staff needs retraining! I Walked in as a new customer, not a hello or even a greeting until I said hello. Then before I could ask anything I was told that after 7:30 p.m. nothing could be done until the next business day. The store was to close at 8p.m. I told the two of them, by which were the only two in the store, I said you ladies looked preoccupied and I would come back some other time. They lost a potential sale and missed the target completely. I won’t be back!

  Kalee Murphy helped me twice in one day. I bought my sons phone that he wanted for 9.99 so I returned to get me a new phone. She transferred all my info over to new phone & I left with no worries.
