  Great customer service! I went in to get a new phone as my other one was failing on me. Great people in there! Very informative and helpful! I recommend!

  This is not about the store it's about Cricket the service. Your supposed to get free HBO max, that's a lie, it just send me back to the beginning over and over, not even Cricket or HBO customer service can help. It's a lie to get you to get HBO, to pay for a subscription. It's a scam.

  Wow, if customer service is how you hire at your store, these two ladies you have working today, March 27,2023 at 7:22 p.m. are the worst. Customer Service is EVERYTHING in retail. It’s not obvious and also apparent your staff needs retraining! I Walked in as a new customer, not a hello or even a greeting until I said hello. Then before I could ask anything I was told that after 7:30 p.m. nothing could be done until the next business day. The store was to close at 8p.m. I told the two of them, by which were the only two in the store, I said you ladies looked preoccupied and I would come back some other time. They lost a potential sale and missed the target completely. I won’t be back!

  Cricket service started out good but has been on a decline. For the past few MONTHS my service has been so weak, more often than not, i cannot even complete a simple google search without the connection timing out or just not strong enough to even bring anything up at all. I live in a rural area so weaker service is expected but damn. It used to be so much better but now I'm lucky to even submit this review. As far as the store goes, i hate going in there.
