I wanted to leave a review specifically for Presten at Best Buy. It’s rare to come across someone who stays this calm, professional, and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation.
From the moment he stepped in, Presten treated me with patience, respect, and understanding. Even while clearly handling a busy and high-pressure environment, he remained composed and focused on actually helping resolve the issue instead of brushing me off. That level of professionalism is hard to find nowadays.
You can tell he truly cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and his attitude completely changed what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one.
Best Buy is lucky to have someone like Presten on their management team. Thank you again for your kindness, professionalism, and ability to handle stressful situations so well.

I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy thanks to Southern in the printer section! He greeted me with positive energy, listened attentively to my needs, and provided great information. Your AI hung up on me while I was asking for a representative. On the next call it took almost 10 minutes to haggle it to get me to a person, and then the phone line took several more! Please stop using the AI as it made me decide to not even get a phone from y'all. What a disgrace of a decision to use such a pathetic excuse of technology.

Great products at Best Buy but the customer service over the phone with there CSA's are horrible. One lie after another and even a supervisor didn't know info. Also, walked into the B.B. in Irving on Airport fwy at 2 pm probably only 15 people in the store asked to speak to Geek squad, guy came out, small talk and said he was in a sales meeting currently that he would send over a blue shirt over to help me, nobody showed up after 20 min. but several walked by me. Needless to say I walked out.

I'm a Total Rewards Member. I had an appointment at this location to get my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 dropped off to be fixed by the Geek Squad here. The appointment was 420pm today (4-26-26). It was made by an online chat agent the night before. I get to the store and long story short, it was not accepted for service, and I was told that it could not be fixed by them. I thought my Total Rewards covered ALL my tech for repair but whatever. I wasted time and money going to this store FOR NOTHING! The Store Agent told me that I needed to contact the online chat again for some form of compensation for wrongly making an appointment for nothing. I did so when I got home. The first agent transferred me to another agent. This chat agent admitted that it was wrong for the appointment to be set up but said they could not compensate me with any credit or gift card for my lost time and money for the WRONG they did and gave me an 800 number to call for that. I called the number. After talking to two agents at that number, I was told that they couldn't do anything to make up for the wrong they did to me and told to contact online chat AGAIN! I did! This chat agent fully admitted that I should not have been given his runaround and that I was wronged but that they couldn't do anything to make it right and to contact the store! I ALREADY DID THAT WHEN I WAS THERE!! I lost HOURS of my life and MONEY for going back and forth to this store FOR NOTHING! All I wanted was a gift card or credit on my account to make up for all my lost time and money because of a BEST BUY error. NO ONE will fix this situation. I'm canceling my Total Rewards when it expires and I will report this store to the BBB tomorrow because this whole situation could have been ended hours ago if I was offered SOMETHING, ANYTHING, for the wrong that THEY did to me.
