  I had to upgrade, my Google Pixel 8 wouldn't connect to the internet or turn on the Bluetooth! So I bought a "reconditioned " iPhone 16 pro max, what a big mistake. Krystal walked me through all the features and widgets that my new (used) phone had in it, and thankfully transferred all my info over. However: That's not the end of the story. I went to work all excited and found that due a security issue with the IPhone my companies proprietary info.couldnt be shared through a damn 3rd party verification process? So after buying a good phone at a decent price it was useless. I went back to Krystal the next day and she set me up with a new Samsung after other dealers wouldn't even bat an eye to try and help me. She was terrific and thorough and apologized for something that was NOT even her fault. If you are looking for a new service or switching carriers GO SEE Krystal at Cricket in Georgetown behind Starbucks. She is a Real Trooper and spent over an hour and a half to fix my probs.

  I went in to get info on phones and lines because I'm with metro, but Luz was so helpful on all the information that she convince me to switch to cricket. She was so nice and friendly, thank you luz.

  The gentleman working here was extremely helpful. I asked him three questions and he gave me an answer to all three of them. He took time to explain, and was very customer oriented.
