  Had problems with crickets on line app. I needed to change my payment method and couldn't get it to accept my new debit card. I went in to the cricket store and they took care of it immediately. Professional customer service.

  Love cricket have never had problems with this location until today! Uriel J does not have the best customer service one should have considering the fact that he has to help people on the daily. Not sure if it was because he was near his time to clock out or what the issue was but he gave me so much attitude and sly remarks that I did not appreciate whatsoever. For instance my father went with me and he has a condition where he clears his throat a lot. Uriel mention/offered water that he supposably had and my father agreed to take one, yet his comeback was oh you can purchase one next door…. Why offer when you don’t have anything. Secondly I had a few question about what I was doing and Uriel’s responses kept being answered with a not so nice tone, yes he was answering my questions but I did not appreciate being responded with a I know it all attitude, I’m asking for an answer not to be talked down on. My experience with Uriel J not so great, he should consider working at a warehouse or elsewhere where he doesn’t have to interact with customers.
