  I work in the mall close to where this store is located. My phone had not been charging well for months and basically fully stopped. I went and was helped by Frederick he was personable, easy to talk to and above all efficient. I spent 15 minutes there to get my charger working again with a deep clean and I only felt like I was there for 5. Highly recommended.

  I have returned to ZAGG year after year because of the exceptional customer service, the reliable phone cases & screen protectors, and the excellent warranty service on their items. I’ve had superb experiences at both locations (Galleria & Stonebriar).

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from both Best Buy and ZAGG. I purchased a $120 protection plan for my iPad screen protector and Apple Watch screen protector through Best Buy. When I needed assistance, Best Buy told me to contact ZAGG because they said the protection plan was managed by them. However, when I contacted ZAGG, they told me they could not help because the protection plan was purchased through Best Buy, and that only Best Buy could handle it. As a customer, I have been stuck in the middle, with both companies blaming each other instead of taking responsibility. I have spent my time contacting both companies repeatedly, only to receive the same response with no solution. I paid $120 expecting reliable protection and support, not to be bounced back and forth between two companies. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and it feels like my money has been wasted. If Best Buy sells a protection plan under ZAGG, both companies should have a clear process for helping customers instead of leaving them without support. I hope this issue is resolved quickly because no customer should have to go through this just to use a protection plan they paid for. Very poor customer service from both Best Buy and ZAGG. I will think twice before purchasing any protection plans from either company again.

  I saw Frederick at ZAGG today because I got a new iPhone 17 Pro Max for my Mom. He truly exemplifies “Awesome Customer Service”! He was very patient in answering my questions and helpful in my decision to choose a new screen protector. He was honest about competitor products and even helped me with my camera replacement decision as well. I had some lines on it from a small drop and the photo I took could see them faintly. Lol. His kindness and ability to laugh with us goes a long way. Thank you again, Frederick.

  I went to Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, TX and the gentleman was very helpful. I went to replace my protector screen and he up sold me the stonger long lasting screen and easy on the eyes as it dims a little for view. I like the long lasting screen and I also purchased the 10.00 cleaning of phone and and all the ports etc.. I’m in sales and he helped me solve my problem and and up sold me without being pushy as if we was on commission, and if he he was did an exceptional job. I am in sales selling software so I am very observant as how people treat others and how was the experience. Now a days I could of gone any where but because of the service I got today I will be pack if I need service again. I wish I remembered the gentleman name so he can get called out for his outstanding customer service. Thanks, Jay Hoffman
