    Kiosk owner couldn't find our warranty registration, but listened to the facts and took care of us anyway....to the point of adding a second phone number to the warranty registration to avoid future warranty issues....Customer service the way it's meant to be...Highly recommend Zagg products and Arf at the Baybrook Mall location...he will fix u up! THANKS Arf!!

    Terrible install, huge line accross the screen and irregular torn camera cut out. Have been going here for years and its always the same guy that gives me trouble. Will never be going back to this location

    Had to ask the guy to keep redoing it due to misalignment and irregularities. He redid it once then refused to take it off. It’s clearly misaligned because he even has to make the camera hole bigger due to it not being lined up correctly. When asked if there were other options he said no, that they didn’t make a glass for this. Then the guy was getting upset with me due to asking him to correct it again.

    The gentlemman was very helpful. He told me that as long as I could prive to him I had registered the lens protector for my iPhone he could help me. I only paid the $10.82 and I had my replacement replaced on my iPhone. I spent the same amount of money as if i had ordered but with the advantage of having it replaced instant my. I am very glad for the convenience and definitely recommend this place to whomever needs it.

    This place is so dependable. I’ve been coming to this location for about 20 years. As soon as I leave the Apple Store, I stop over and have a screen protector added to my new phone. The screen protectors are so great! They also have phone cases. And if the screen protector gets damaged, just stop in and they’ll be glad to help you get it replaced, usually under warranty too with a minimal charge.
