  I recently purchased an iPhone online. I'm coming from Android, so the Apple experience is very new to me. I came into the store not planning on buying anything, but rather just looking for advice on how to navigate the switch to Android. Employee Sven was a fantastic resource! Even though I wasn't purchasing a phone from this store, he talked me through my options, gave me great recommendations, and welcomed me to the Apple family. Customer service is a 10/10 here!

  Waste of time for service. Do not go here. Go to another Apple Store. The store manager completely lied even after Apple Support (phone & chat) was saying otherwise. The Apple support supervisor on the phone went out of their way to help me and confirmed the store was incorrect in how they handled this.

  A product that recently came out and changed people's perspective of phones is the IPhone 17 Pro Max. With a new color coming out called Cosmic Orange, people wonder if this is a bold move because Apple as a brand itself has never done anything like a bright orange on the Pro line of Apple’s IPhone. The first impression was phenomenal because in people's eyes they are used to seeing the basic and standard colors like silver or navy blue. Some of the strongest features were their upgraded chip and camera options, with the upgraded chip allowing the phone to process faster when it comes to gaming and with the 120hz screen helps it to be more accurate when users are using it for work or playing games for a long session of time. The screen display is bright and easy to see when using the phone outdoors in the daytime. One of the main concerns for the users was why did Apple choose to go backward from having a strong frame like titanium to aluminum when the rest of the phones competitive scene seem to be going in opposite directions. Apple as a company thought differently, they changed the material to aluminum to minimize their heat capacity and to maximize performance and battery improvement. This change helps keep the phone light, even though the Pro Max is Apple’s largest phone, making it comfortable for everyday use. The battery life was a noticeable improvement, users can comfortably go through a full 8 hour shift, use social media, and gaming without having to worry about charging the phone. As buyers also were curious about the camera, now it is upgraded to a higher pixel and can capture better pictures quality during night time, also they added 0.5 zoom option which helps the users capture a wider angle for a better viewing on your phone. One of the biggest con is the price of $1200, being one of the most expensive IPhone 17 Pro Max ever. Overall, the IPhone 17 Pro Max offers excellent performance, display quality, battery life, and camera quality. However, the price may be unreasonable to some buyers, it is made for users who spend a significant amount of time on their phones daily for entertainment, gaming, and taking photos. Overall stars would be 4.5/5, based on this rating many potential buyers would likely purchase this model or consider future IPhone Pro Max models in the future.

  Unprofessional staff, long wait time, and scheduling appointments to tell customers you don't have the replacement hardware in stock. This place has always been sub par but it's egregious now.
