  Not even at the social security office have I experienced this bad of costumer service. I made an appointment for no apparent reason because they help you by time of arrival, waited for 40 minutes and nobody even took a look at my phone. Ended up leaving because I wasn’t gonna waste my whole day at the Apple Store waiting for one of their 30 employees to stop walking around doing nothing and help.

  Ya, first and last time (hopefully) in an Apple Store. Don’t get me wrong, there were some great employees. But it starts at the top.

  Came in with a MacBook that needed help with a software update, and came out with no MacBook because the Genius Bar “Expert” bricked my laptop and deemed it unusable. Absolutely horrible. I had to spend $2,000 on a new MacBook. That was probably their game all along. He told me my MacBook was “vintage” since it was from 2018. Crazy.

  Fancy play but very disorganized. I was sitting for 1h waiting , watching people that comes after me being taken care of. Most employees seems to be greeting people but not really solving issues. I had to speak up and reclaim my turn otherwise I’ll still would be waiting. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

  I had an appointment on May 2nd to get my phone repaired at 10:00 am here after I bent the chassis and broke the power button in a fall. Sadly I didn’t realize that my phone hadn’t backed up before the repair and I thought I had lost all of my cherished memories on my phone! Luckily I went back to the store and Juan, Vincenzo and Christian were able to help me get my data back by getting the old parts of my phone working long enough for me to get my data back!! I’m so grateful for their attentiveness and how they went above and beyond to help me not lose some of my most important memories!! I will definitely be coming back here again for any repairs or new apple products I wish to purchase! Also shoutout to James as well who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Mac’s and Vision Pro apple has to offer 😊
