First of all, the foo working there has no social skills, let alone customer service skills. But as for the company itself, why have a brick and mortar when your workers aren't able to do anything to help? I, like everyone else, need my phone. I took it in because it's not charging or keeping charge. I pay the insurance (por nada) so all he can do is make a claim and "they'll" ( 3rd party co.) send me a replacement. Uh, I need my phone, now, I don't have an address.(Living out of my vehicle)Well he can charge me full price for a whole new phone, plus activation fee, which of course I can't pay. I've walked out with a phone just paying activation fee and the phone was charged as monthly installments, before, but he said no. He can't do that. Companys now just take money, they don't care about people's circumstances. So FYP!!!
