The staff is caring and knowledgeable. When I couldn’t get my girl baby dog to take her oral meds, Cindy. Vet assistant., held and comforted her while I got the pills down her without any trouble. It means a lot to have that kind of help! This practice is wonderful!

I have been a client of this clinic for several years. Today I called to get an appointment for my cat who is “not herself”. I was told the first time she could be seen was Monday. The person I talked with said if you need her seen sooner you can go to one of the ER’s. I know from experience that an ER would start at $300. I have no idea what’s wrong with her so I really cannot wait for her to be seen. She could be dead by Monday. I will be looking for another vet who will be available when I really need them.

You can tell this team cares for their patients. Dr. Gumfory was very informative, explained the entire process and possibilities for if the treatment wouldn't work, which it did. They were all very friendly with my pup. They managed to double check with their appointments and squeeze me in the next day for my Service Dog's eye issue. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital

I had the best experience I've ever had at any vet's office. I was in such a stressful and emotional situation with my cat being hospitalized, but Dr. McNeal kept me informed every step of the way. She worked with me to come up with the best option and helped my cat avoid surgery. I even got to come see him when they were closed. She called me multiple times a day with updates and always kept me informed of the cost. I love this clinic.

I absolutely love Westrcreek Animal Clinic. I've been taking my fur babies there for the last 14 or more years now, and Dr Hendon and Dr Gumphry have always done a great job at taking care of us. I always leave with confidence and peace of mind that their needs are well tended to. Dr Hendon has gone above and beyond in his level of care and customer service, especially during the treatment/diagnosis and then loss of my last dog Phoebe. It was such a hard transition for us, and he as well as the rest of the staff were so compassionate during that time. If there is anything ever unsatisfactory, Dr Hendon definitely wants to know and remedy the situation. I highly trust and recommend this place for great pet care.
