  La tienda estaba extremadamente caliente y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Después de estar ahí un rato, el calor se volvió muy incómodo. La corporación realmente necesita arreglar el AC porque no es justo ni para los empleados ni para los clientes tener que estar en esas condiciones.

  The employees were very kind and helpful, but the conditions inside the store were unacceptable. It was extremely hot and humid, and I was told the AC does not work. I was there for 45 minutes setting up my new phone and could barely handle the heat. I can only imagine what the employees deal with every day. Corporate seriously needs to address this issue because it creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff.

  Upsetting to have something promised and they don’t deliver. This was my favorite store to go to for everything. :(
