- WHWanda HobbyApr 21, 20265.0I went into the store today because I was having issues with my phone. Steven answered all of my questions and provided me with the contact information for my warranty. I didn’t get any help calling into customer service. After speaking with Steven I decided to purchase a new phone. He set everything up for me and explained how the phone works! Steven showed amazing customer service today in a way that you just don’t see anymore. Your company needs more people like Steven in each department!!!!!

She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and relatable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of the great experience I had, I’ll definitely be moving my second line over as well!
- JSJustin SmithDec 17, 20251.0The guy working in here was completely rude nothing else needs to be said here I tried to seek help for a scenario and he only wanted me to leave the facility he didn't want to help me he was having a bad day I guess and I wound up going to the seminary in McCart location and the lady there was so nice and friendly but this location is a joke
- ZDZuesHD DJun 12, 20241.0I lock myself out of my sim card so I went in here so they can help me out. The guy did NOT know how to replace my sim like I asked him to. Then ask me if I wanted a customer support number. LIKE how am I supposed to call them if I lock myself out of my sim card.
