  Went to have a front and rear dash cam installed. Bought my dash cam elsewhere and had best buy install it. Jose was my technician, he was very helpful and finished an excellent job in half the time. He went above and beyond by wiring my cam as to not have my center storage lid always open. I hope they're able to install my upgraded infotainment system in the near future. I have no issues having them do another install for me. I would recommend using Best Buy to install your car electronics. God bless kdub out.

  😡 Unfortunately, Best Buy is not the store I expected it to be; they trick people into signing up for credit cards, and just as customers are finishing paying them off, they hike up the interest rates. It is unfair that a store would do something like that.

  I had my Best Buy account for four years. I paid everything down to zero I had my account maxed at $1000 several times I always paid everything off over four years and I’ve had my account balance at 3 to 6 months and they sent me A letter stating that they wanted to lower my available credit limit two $500 after paying everything off for four freaking years of my life these people are garbage. They actually lowered my overall credit score because I only have one credit card and one Best Buy card, I will never buy another thing from this crappy company and their crappy bank. They are complete trash.

  We had such a great experience with Devyn at Best Buy! He was so kind and patient while helping my daughter and I find a drawing tablet that worked with her device. He was friendly, fast, and really knew his stuff. We appreciated his help so much! Thank you Devyn!

  Terrible customer service. Ordered a tv online for pickup, received the message it was ready and they would not let me pick it up due to a "system issue". Meanwhile several other people picked up their online orders. I was told I had to wait 30 minutes, which turned into an hour. They would not give me my tv I paid almost $900 for until I went insided and yelled at them. Only when I got that angry and yelled at them did they want to give me what I paid for. Absolutely horrible customer service; no excuse for that. Avoid this location especially for online orders. This experience may make me stop shopping at Best Buy completely.
