  We drop off two laptops on Saturday morning, May 16th to be check out by GeekSquad. We pick up our two laptops on Sunday morning, May 17th, 2026. I want to really recognize Avi who assisted us at time of picking up the laptops. I want to say this employee really went beyond to provide the most exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the multiple computers processes. He explained in full detail how to to use and where to recognize any errors that may show up in the future. He was so patient and resourceful. I have never met a person who has that much talents in knowledge and customer service. Avi, thank you for being the best and for making us feel appreciated.   Saige was so helpful during our purchase today!! We had an issue with our best buy credit card and she went above and beyond to help us figure it out! She’s also so bright and bubbly and made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you Saige!!!!

  Unfortunately, Best Buy is not the store I expected it to be; they trick people into signing up for credit cards, and just as customers are finishing paying them off, they hike up the interest rates. It is unfair that a store would do something like that.

  Edith was so kind and helped me solve all of my problems with my product. She is their best employee. While waiting in line, she even reassured me that she would be right with me, along with other customers. I came in an angry customer and she went above and beyond to make things work out for me! I feel taken care of and will definitely bring my business back here.

  The worst experience I have been through . I ordered a lenovo yoga laptop through bestbuy.com. I received the package closed and sealed with a tape labeled "security tape". It felt very light and I opened, unfortunately it was not the laptop i ordered. It was a Playstation controller and a headset. I was dissatisfied with not having my lenovo yoga laptop, instead received incorrect items in the order. I took the wrong shipment to the store, they refuse to refund me or ship me my laptop. . I called best buy, showed them pictures of the incorrect items and they open a case. Assuring me that I will get a refund and replacement. They decided concluded, I wont get a replacent or a refund either. I dont know what was the reason why they emailed me that conclusion. I don't understand any of this case and the way it was handled. I am so disappointed by Best Buy. My lenovo yoga9i laptop was 1,300.08 dlls. I wish there was someone that could fix this issue for me.
