- JWJake WOct 22, 20265.0We recently lost our cat Bailey, who had been my cat for nearly 21 years and part of our family for almost 15. She was my sleep friend, cuddle buddy, and best friend for half my life. She passed peacefully at home with all of us around her, and VCA Forney Animal Hospital was incredible through the whole process. They were so patient with my wife, understanding, and compassionate. They made sure we got a beautiful box with her ashes, along with a paw print and a plaque with her name. They were great, affordable, and genuinely empathetic during one of the hardest moments our family has had. We are now taking our Aussiepit, Luka, there from now on. Great service, highly recommended. Thank you for being there for us during such a difficult time.
- AAAndiOct 3, 20265.0I haven't been back since the staff turnover earlier this year, but our experience from the beginning of the year was great. Reasonably priced.
- CMChelsea MooreOct 3, 20261.0They charged me for 4 quantities of a single 1 vial of medicine for my kittens. When I asked for a refund they only refunded a small portion of it ($5/$30) even though I gave them the unused meds back AND pointed out how I was drastically overcharged, which is shown clearly on the paperwork and packaging for the meds. Be careful when coming here and double check your charges and receipts.
- CBChristine BeckettSep 21, 20265.0Phenomenal staff and customer service. I called because my dog was sick and got worse over the day. They worked with me and were able to get her in and taken care of promptly. They care about the animals and are very sympathetic with the owner. I highly recommend them and will continue to go to them. Thank you all so so much! Natasha was wonderful to work with as well!
- KSKaylor simienJul 23, 20261.0DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. they just want all your money they don't care about your animals. They wanted to put my dog down WITH OUT ANY TESTING. They said she had parvo but she didn't!!! So i would have had put my dog down for NO reason!
