  Have never had an issue going into a store to make a “PAYMENT” on my cellphone number remind you a payment not to know anything about the account but simply to make a 27.50 payment until today at this location I unfortunately did not get the woman’s name but she was an older Hispanic woman asked was I authorized user on the account I said but I have the pin she the proceeds to ask what’s the number that I want to make the payment for I said mine and gave her the number just for her to ask for my id and tell me that I can’t make the payment and what I can do is make the payment on line which I’m very aware of doing but I was out running errands and this location was near by but remind you I’ve never had this problem so if this is something new you guys are doing I don’t think it’s convenient for a customer that’s simply trying to make a payment but if it’s not and the lady just wanted to make a issue watch who you guys hire she barley wanted to open her mouth to speak to me

  So I’m not a person who deals with people personally but being here as a firstimer was a good experience. Isaac and J.R. helped me switch my husbands number from metro to my line here on cricket. Positive attitude. Small talk. And even helped my husband step by step on the other side of the phone with him. I’m so appreciateful. 🤣 Defenetly bringing my husband back for a phone upgrade. Ya are the bomb.com✌🏼

  Isaac was great! Fast, friendly service, with no hassles! He transferred my phone service over the phone. I didn’t even have to go into the store! Highly recommend if you’re busy and wanting to switch phone providers.

They answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service.
