Went in the floresville cricket store today. The young man working there is useless, he doesn’t want to get out of his chair by the door to do his job. All I wanted to do was activate a new phone I bought at Walmart. He told me that cricket can’t do that. I told him that’s kind of funny because I’ve done this in the past with no problems one recently I might add. He told me I would have to call customer service, which I knew was for he could have done it, but was being lazy. I politely told him thanks for nothing. I’ll be going to another cricket store. which I did and load and behold got my phone activated with no problems. I will not be giving the Floresville cricket store anymore of my business.

I went into to the store to get a phone I already paid my bill and activation meaning i just needed a device swap the man told me I had to repay because that was a different department and made me start the process all over again. I purchased a phone and they gave me a spam number and now they have hacked into to my account and when asked to fix the issue he told me it was a different department and wouldn’t help me resolve my issue at all.

Don't understand how one store does something no problem then you come here they dont do anything any of the other stores do on the regular. Then you have people in there who are rude and just dont care you are in there could of been trying to buy half there stock and the person would of never known will never go to this store again. Dont know who the managers or even the owners are but I am more the positive they would not want the kind of care to a customer as I have gotten today.
