  Great customer service. They were able to assist me with my laptop and getting the new one as well. I don't know the 2 names, but they were very nice. The short girl with the glasses with the long black hair and then the gentleman, the real tall gentleman with the long hair, they assist me

  I’ve been here multiple times before, but today was extra special. I walked in looking for something that I’ve already found online on sale. I did get an up sale, but it was from the sweetest most awesome sales person who not only got me the main thing I was shopping for with the little accessories that I wanted to, and she gathered them off all up for me. It’s Mother’s Day so this was especially special to be treated so well. Shout out to Amber for making this trip to Best Buy so easy.

  Kayla is always so helpful as well as Steve. The young man are very informative and eager to take whatever you buy out to your car

  The customer service at this location is not very experienced. They come off as rude, but it appears they are simply young and not trained like the customer service team at other locations. The do seem to get frustrated quickly, so take it slow if you shop at this location.
