  Genuinely the worst customer service ever. Super disappointed, Alichia helped me and was trying to upsell me on everything, I called before for store hours and she assumed I was going in to buy everything new. Once she and her coworker found out they started giving attitude and at the end put down my phone and slid it towards me without looking. No thank you or nothing, just slightly slamming things and posted notes onto my phone. Hopefully management does something about this behavior. 👎

  I came in to pay my bill and initially had a positive experience with the sales associate who was helping me. She was professional, helpful, and courteous. All ways smiling. She had light brown hair. Unfortunately, my interaction with another sales associate, who identified herself as Meranda and had black hair, was extremely disappointing. She came across as rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She never smiled, seemed annoyed to be there, and gave the impression that she hated her job. Customer service is an important part of any business, and her attitude made what should have been a simple visit very unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue, as one negative employee interaction can significantly impact a customer’s overall experience.

  the young ladies don't know what the are doing. The service is very slow, customers in front and behind me left the store. I went because my hot stop was not working. The young girl after about ten minutes could not help me. Told me to go home and wait that the hot would fix it's self In April. Then, went home call cricket customer service . The cricket kind lady help and fix my hot spot in 5 minutes. Elsa cricket store bad service
