  UPDATE BELOW (FIRST)Marisela was awesome and the other worker as well, I'm sorry I forgot your name, but you both were amazing and helpful after the mess cricket support had made. Give both of these girls raises! They go above and beyond when it's not in their job description and that's rare these days. Only giving 5 stars because of Marisela and the other girl. (UPDATE)-Changing it to 2 stars now only because I knew my way of going around the system would work, but Marisela didn't think so. This time the issue was the Ad free HBO perk on the plan I was paying for was somehow linked to someone else's account. After going through HBO and cricket support they could not help even though they're the ones in partnership. After dealing with more back and forth, it was clear I was getting repeated script bullcrap and they didn't know what to do, so I researched to see how to fix this and the best answer I got was submitting a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau on both companies and that would've made a software engineer clear up the accounts but it would've took 30 days. So to get around the system that's already failing me from both companies it said to do a change of responsibility and that would reset the token linked to the specific cricket account and untie it from that HBO account since the cricket account technically doesn't exist anymore. Tried explaining that to Marisela that it would definitely work but she just started giving general script information like online support does that it wasn't going to work and I could tell she wasn't going to help because she didn't understand. Upset already between her making me second guess myself and both companies online, I doublecheck with google on what she said and even it said "To the retail store employee, moving lines to a new account name is just a billing change. They do not see the deeper digital infrastructure. Max tracks your subscription using a unique hidden string called a Cricket Account ID Token. Creating a brand-new account generates a completely new database token, which breaks the digital connection to your relative's email profile". So there's your confirmed answer because guess what? It damn well worked like I KNEW it would. I was all for her but when she just pretty much threw her hands up in the air and suggested we try to basically HACK into someone else's HBO account at 1 or 2 am so they can't kick me out and change the password that's where you lost me especially with you informing me you were a some sort of tech specialist, that should be a major NO NO. I didn't want to go back and forth anymore or argue after the last 2 weeks of it with both companies so we asked if she could just do the change and she did so at least but I knew she didn't think it'd work still since she suggested it again to try to get into the account when leaving, then a few days later after cricket's website stopped crashing I was able to completely make an entire fresh new HBO account. Already looking into switching carriers or at least going to have to venture out furthermore to a different store since she's going to be manager there now. Thanks for at least listening to the change of responsibility cause it payed off in the end like I knew.

  Great customer service from Tiana, she helped me and my sons get the account num, and transfer pin in order to switch providers and get a great promotion on 4 16e’s !
