  I came in looking for a specific phone and had a very frustrating experience. The female employee was completely unhelpful. She just pointed toward an area, couldn't answer basic questions to compare phones, and stood there holding a tablet saying, "I don't know, I'm not sure." Eventually, she just walked out with a coworker for lunch, leaving me stranded.The male employee who came around from the back took over "tried" to help and checked the stock of a phone I researched that was on their display, but told me the phone was unavailable anywhere nearby, claiming the closest one was two hours away. I left empty handed. However, I called the Cricket Wireless store further down Dyer near Hondo Pass, and they had it right there in stock! When I went to get it, that clerk explained that the first store didn't find it because they only check their own "sister stores" owned by the same corporate group, rather than actually checking all local inventory. Very lazy customer service and misleading information. Go to the Dyer/Hondo Pass location instead!

  I had a great experience with a worker Nickie, she was attentive and helped me understand my charges and cost of my plan, she took the time to help me and I greatly appreciate that as well as her communication skills she made it easier for me to understand and gave me copies just for verification, this worker has the great qualities for customer service, best location in the northeast will return again.

  I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. The young girl assisting me was exceptionally kind, pleasant, and engaging in conversation. In contrast, the other girl with black hair exhibited disturbing behavior. She made derogatory remarks about her managers and coworkers as she walked away, displaying a generally unpleasant attitude. Her repeated use of the N-word, considering my race, was particularly disturbing. I believe she is not suitable for employment in this setting. I am deeply saddened for the other girl, who appeared to be quite annoyed by her behavior. I will not be returning to this location and hope that the individual responsible for this conduct is promptly removed.
