- ELEddie LomeliMay 12, 20261.0Their geek squad is completely incompetent. I went in to replace my phone screen, they took 24+ this after telling me it would be done same day, I scheduled an appointment and everything. They didn’t contact me once to notify they would be formatting my phone. Nobody had an answer for anything. There was one person in front of me and it took an hour to talk to someone. The guy in front left because of the long wait. Now I lost all my pictures and videos because they couldn’t pick the phone and ask about formatting. Horrible experience, go somewhere else.

Went for ear buds and prices were pretty steep considering what we chose to buy was not exactly new technology. Customer service upon entry was amazing, although floor staff was a bit inconsiderate and the girl at the register was not exactly inviting. There was no, "did you find everything okay," or even offer of a bag to take our items. Will probably choose another location next time.
