- UUUnknown UserSep 12, 20261.0Useless. Drove 20 miles for the lady to tell me to call support
- CCcipriano carrilloSep 11, 20261.0I went to the Apple Store at Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, TX, to unlock a feature. When I checked in, an employee told me there was a one-hour wait—a wait I was willing to accept. However, I ended up waiting two and a half hours at the Genius Bar. There were four employees helping customers; once they finished, instead of helping me, two of them walked off to chat and laugh with other staff members. Only one employee remained, and after finishing with a customer, he told me it was my turn—but then he walked away and never came back, leaving me alone at the table. That was when I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of respect to the manager, Shawntea. It is a shame that a company I have patronized for years offers such poor customer service; the employees spend their time looking at their phones, chatting, playing around, and giving each other massages. I certainly saw all of this—after all, I had been waiting for two and a half hours. What a disappointing store.
