  I truly recommend coming down to the office on Closner. Jennifer did everything she could to help me and succeeded. She is truly amazing and makes you feel like a friend. She has great customer service skills.

  Jennifer and the ladies are amazing!! Fast and easy process, I highly recommend. Did a phone application, went in it took 5 min ! Will be sending family and friends to this office

  Horrible customer service. They basically kiss your ass when you’re approved. If you’re not, they are rude and hang up on you. My husband paid his loan off, went to reapply and they denied him due to “payment history” then just hung up on him! Why treat returning customers like that?! He was never detrimentally late btw. He is a veteran and gets paid on a certain date and they weren’t understanding about that. If they treat our veterans like that, what does that say about their business?! I only wish it would’ve happened to me, I would’ve escalated it to their higher ups. You don’t treat anyone like dirt, especially if they are disabled AND wanting to come back to do business with you. Out of the all loan companies in the valley, he chose to go back to Western Shamrock. Not after this!
