I was in on May 25th to switch from Straight Talk after 11 years of being with them because they are now owned by Verizon and my new Motorola phone had issues that could not be fixed. The sales person there CHARLES went above and beyond to help me out and get me a new plan and Samsung phone, he was extremely Helpful and Friendly. I will be recommending people go there and have CHARLES take care of them. Was able to return my phone to Walmart and now I'm a Cricket Wireless customer. 5 Star Customer Service

If i could give zero stars i would. If you need help getting a new phone and plan set up this is not the place to go, according to the sales lady, and i quote “thats not what we do here”. Mind you when i walked into the store there were no other customers there and she was sitting in the back on her phone. So, if you want a job where you dont help customers with your product, and get paid to sit in the back playing on your phone THEN this would be the place to go, but for cell phone service I’d go ANYWHERE but her.

The associate was very helpful and very knowledgeable of Cricket Service. Plus the plans are priced affordable and I actually get coverage where I go. That's always a plus
