The Customer service was amazing at this location. I live in mesquite but willing to make the drive to this location due to the great service I received.

I purchased phones online and when I tried to switch carriers all of a sudden my phones are locked but clearly states in the settings that my devices are unlocked. They claim its their policy to have service with them for 6 months but no one can send this info nor provide its location online as they state it is so they are quick to end the chat due to no one in the call center to speak with.. This company is full of it I would not recommend them to anyone wish we could give no stars.. just horrible
