  I use VCA extensively in my rescue work and the staff are absolutely lovely. They NEVER mind my calling with questions, help me keep necessary paperwork in order and genuinely care about my fosters. Could not manage my work in the community without their kindness and attention.

  I have taken every pet I've ever owned to this hospital. Many, many pets and lots and lots of years. I don't trust any other veterinary clinic. I see the genuine love and care that all the staff have for my pets. They always show care and compassion in all the times I have had to bring pets in with serious injuries, conditions or worse. They have gone way above and beyond in many really bad situations. Also, it's very nice to have a "one stop" place to go for grooming & boarding as well. My feelings on the cost of treatment is that you get what you pay for. Here you are paying for the best. Care club is a great option to help ease the cost burden too. Thanks to you all and I'm sure I will be seeing you very soon!!

  The receptionist at this location was rude and lacked compassion. The same dismissive attitude she displayed while scheduling my appointment over the phone was the exact attitude I received when I arrived. During our interaction, she became upset and even attempted to deny me services, handing me a brochure for the emergency vet. I will never return to this location. Instead, I now drive to the Lovers Lane location just to receive the basic level of customer service, professionalism, and care that every customer should expect.

  I had a great experience here, they kept in mind that I was on a tight budget and still helped me with everything my kitten needed. They are very nurturing and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Brown! See you in June!

  Love the attention my pets receive at VCA DeSoto. We drive a little extra to come here, but we know we are getting excellent, consistent care. ❤️
