The WORST service around. I drove over an hour to this location, made an appointment, and was essentially sent away without ANY help. My phone stopped working out of nowhere today so I made an appointment for the Denton location thinking it would be a better location than Arlington or Flower mound. Clearly I was wrong. I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment to ensure that I was not late and the technician wasn't waiting on me. When I arrived there was a couple in front of me who seemed very upset and was asking to speak to a manager. They were sent to wait and were told that once the manager was available she would come find them. It was finally my turn to be helped. I explained to the first gentlemen what was going on and he told me the technician that would be helping me would be with me shortly. I waited again and he finally came out of the back room and told me that after speaking with the other associate that there was "probably" nothing that he could do to help me today, He did run a single test in my phone. How do I know? He never took my phone off the front counter. I asked for his manager (who still hadn't come out to help the other couple waiting on her). I was told the best he could do was have me pay my $99 deductible even though it was a manufacturer issue (so it should be free) and I would have to wait 2-3 WEEKS before they would have a replacement for me. Keep in mind this is the 5th time I have used Geek Squad for similar issues and not once did I ever have to leave without a phone. He wouldn't get the store manager and the "Head Geek Squad manager" just never came out of the back. I would recommend going ANYWHERE for services but this place. I get that there are situations where the sales person can literally do nothing about a situations, but to not run a single diagnostic, to literally try nothing and then tell me I have to wait possibly for THREE WEEKS is absolute insanity. I know it doesn't matter to the managers and employees but I will NEVER spend another hard-earned dollar in this place again.

I got my laptop repaired, as it was not starting. I gave it a month ago, they said, it would take around 3-4 weeks. The main problem was mother board was broken, it got to be replaced with new one, due to which there might be a data loss. I asked for data recovery team to get recovered my whole system data. My system contains a whole lot of files, but they recovered only a less set of files. I have my learning programming courses notes in the c drive, which are very much important to me, when I asked them to revover whole data, they did not recover it properly by saying, we have done, what we could recover.
