If it was possible to give zero stars I would… I was having issues with my account and after several attempts to get it fixed I decided to cancel my account. Pavon who works at the store tried to screw me out of my $400 refund and an additional $25 for the activation fee. I literally had to pull up the company policy after almost two hours of bs and show him where it stated word for word that he was wrong and lied to me multiple times. The store is an ABSOLUTE SCAM BOX. I can’t imagine how many people have lost out on refunds they were rightfully owed. Typically you’d think you’d be able to trust that they are doing right by you but this is a prime example of people taking advantage of people who don’t know any better. Do not I repeat do not go to this store in Denison Tx without making sure you have that policy reviewed or in hand to confirm what they are telling you.
