- TLT LinAug 22, 20265.0The best service from Ryan. The minute we arrived, Ryan and his colleague came to help us unload and carry the vacuum cleaner inside. It took Ryan 5 minutes to diagnose and repair the broken part. We weren't totally convinced with a high end vacuum cleaner before, simply due to the headache of servicing and repairing. This amazing experience, however, changed our perspective, and converted us into loyal Dyson customers!

When my niece and I walked in, we were greeted by Alfredo, who was friendly and welcoming from the start. I explained the issue with my Dyson vacuum and he discovered the broken piece that was preventing me from using it. Alfredo was extremely helpful. He immediately checked to see if the replacement part was available and repaired my vacuum in about 15 minutes! While we waited, the store associates made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They checked in with us, kept us updated on the status of the repair, and made sure we were taken care of. I also noticed how helpful and attentive the other associates were with the customers around us. Awesome associates, excellent service, and such a positive experience!

Mark took great care of me, and although we unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (manufacturer error? Not a common problem) he got me a replacement quickly! I am thankful I bought it through Dyson’s website so it was automatically in their system. I feel like you get what you pay for; Dyson is pricier but the quality is overall top tier and the customer service is great. Thanks again Mark!
