  Had a great experience, wait time was minimal, great showroom of all the products, and Jonathan was able to quickly and cheaply fix my Dyson vacuum which had a trigger issue, was in and out in 15 minutes with a fully functioning product. Would definitely recommend going to the store vs sending in a product for repair/replacement. The online repair shop was out of the part I needed and would have been a lot more expensive.

  Visited the Dallas store for a repair and was extremely impressed with the service we received from Jonathan. Our device was repaired quickly and Jonathan introduced us to new Dyson products that have been added to my wishlist. Amazing experience!

  Best customer experience! Alfredo was extremely friendly, thorough and quick while he was assisting me. He identified the problem with my item and resolved it. Will be back to this location!

  I have been a Dyson user for many years and have always loved their products. Unfortunately, the cleaner head on my new Dyson V9 Submarine stopped working within the first week. After some troubleshooting, it turned out to be a defect inside the cleaner head assembly. What impressed me was how Dyson handled the situation. Their customer support team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They reviewed the issue, approved a warranty replacement, and quickly arranged a new cleaner head to be shipped. While I wish the product issue had not happened, I truly appreciate Dyson standing behind their products and taking care of their customers. Thank you to Ryan and the Dyson support team for the excellent service.

  I have a Dyson robot vacuum that needs service and cleaned. I talked to customer service yesterday. They said, take it in, and they would clean it. And make sure everything was right. It was still under warranty and might be even able to pick it up the same day. But that wasn't exactly what I was looking for but sometime that week I went in today and out guy named Alfredo. It was very unhelpful, said they didn't clean anything, or I could check it in, and it would be up to 4 weeks before they could get it done or look at it said, customer service has no idea how many texts they have? And they are way short texts and only have 2, and they were way behind. So they couldn't even look at it. It was going to be a minimum of three weeks and customer service. Doesn't have any idea of what's going on at their store is what I was told. So I picked it up and left as he laughed at me. I told him the situation wasn't very funny to me. He just kept laughing i am a big fan of Dyson. I have 3 other Dyson products. They're great but very disappointed in this store's customer service. And this guy's smart ass attitude. I will never go back to this store. My mind tried to call customer service. He told me to call customer service and maybe they could help me and then just brush me off Very disappointed in a product.
