  The employees were beyond immature and outright rude. Two associates quite literally laughed in my face when I asked for a trade-in appraisal for my MacBook. I understand it’s an older model, but the way they handled the situation and explained the offer was completely unprofessional. Honestly, I likely would have accepted the offer had the interaction not been so childish. It’s disappointing to spend so much money on products from a company whose customer service and in-store experiences can be this poor. Do better.

  I’ve usually had good experiences at this store and today was no exception. I had a pick up and although the store was quite busy, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. In the meantime I had a wonderful chat with a super welcoming store associate. Would recommend this location in the future!!

  The service at this store is horrible! I came here on Tuesday, with an appointment for a repair, and they told me their queue was full. Okay, they do the diagnostic stuff, gave me the sticker, and said come back within 5 days, I don’t need an appointment. They suggest I come before 6PM so the queue isn’t full again. I come in today, 2 days later, and check in shortly after 4 PM, well, guess what?! The queue is full again! How is anyone suppose to get their phone fixed if the queue is full 4 hours before the store closes? They suggested I call to have a phone shipped to me, and a hold on my card, and then mail it in to get it fixed. The customer service used to be top notch, now it just sucks, and doesn’t make keeping these phone worth it anymore.

  Worst experience ever this was my first and last time at this location I was looking at a computer and wanted to purchase. another couple walked in after me and got immediate attention. Plus their was an employee that was standing behind me on his phone! I felt like I was purposely being ignored . I'm glad I didn't spend my money here. Beware of the very poor customer service. The trip was a waste of time.

  My experience with Apple was very disappointing. Initially, I purchased a Mac, but I was given the wrong model. Due to the time, they refused to process an exchange and asked me to come back the next day. When I returned, I had to go through the entire purchase and return process again, only to be kept waiting for about three hours before being told the product was not available and that I would have to wait nearly a month. I then decided to request home delivery, but once again, they made an error and placed the order for in-store pickup instead. To make matters worse, on Sunday, April 19, 2026, I went to pick up accessories and equipment for my Mac after receiving a notification that everything was ready. However, upon arrival, I was told the items were not available. The online information did not match the actual inventory in the store. What is even more concerning is that these items were already assigned to my name and marked as ready for pickup. Store inventory that is reserved for a specific customer should not be sold or reassigned, yet that is exactly what happened in my case. Due to all these issues, I chose to cancel the entire purchase. The process was slow, disorganized, and full of errors. Unfortunately, the customer service was far below expectations. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable shopping experience.
