  I came in to fix my NFC chip, made an appointment, the employee told me they would call or text me in 30 minutes, they did not. After I came back 30 minutes later myself, there was supposedly no appointment for me. They checked me in and told me the next person would be with me, another 35 minutes later and I have to check with them to see when someone can finally just take a look at my phone. They couldn’t even tell me if this is even a possible thing to fix before all this waiting. They have dozens of employees milling about but no one could help me unless I went to go hound them. Not to mention countless of others being able to get their devices looked at before me. Felt unprofessional and I don’t want an Apple device after this.

  I placed an order online and at 1:07 PM and confirmation email said it was going to be ready for pick up 2:45pm-3pm. After driving for about 1 hour I arrived at the store at 3pm and they said I had to wait until I got an email ready for pick up but they had no idea how long that might take, even though they are at the store and have the phones right there. After waiting 15 minutes and nothing they told me I could talk to customer service. I use the chat option and after 45 minutes and 4 different associates who all asked to provide all the details about the order, they end up with there is nothing they can do and just transfer me to another department that they will be able to help, but no one did. Their response was, “ I had to wait until I got the email and they had no idea how long. One said, should get it before closing time. After driving back home for another hour saw the email that order was ready for pick up that was at 4:07pm. Why do they provide a time that the order is going to be ready for pick up when it’s not and no one at the store or customer service online had any idea. I could have waited at the store if they just said will be ready at 4pm instead of driving an extra 2 hours.

  Compromising customer security and treating long-term customers with hostility and discrimination is completely unacceptable. Do not trust this store with your personal devices. Staff misled me into an irreversible trade-in process, refused to return my property when data transfer failed, and aggressively coerced me into giving them my personal device passcode to keep my phone overnight—a catastrophic breach of customer data security. To make matters worse, store management was extremely hostile and discriminatory, publicly belittling me and making biased remarks rather than taking accountability. Worst Apple store experience ever. If you care about your time, dignity and privacy avoid at all cost.

  Gabby was great! I had a scheduled appointment at 6:15 PM on Wednesday, September 16, and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped resolve my issue within 15 minutes, and I was in and out! She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I truly appreciate the quick and excellent service. Thank you, Gabby!

  Do not bring your device here… they’ll serve you platitudes and smiles and send you away in a bigger mess than when you arrived Went in for an overheating phone… ended up having years of photos deleted and now might need to delay PhD defense because of it Was assured that everything in my device was backed up to iCloud multiple times by the technician. Proceeded with a factory reset. Following this, was assured everything would populate within a few hours and told that it was fixed. Not only was the overheating issue not fixed but years of photos were deleted. Nothing can be done.
