I had already held a high opinion of the staff at the "genius" bar in this store when I scheduled my most recent appointment. Still, I was highly impressed with the way Sophia helped while I did the data migration to my new iPhone -- she was efficient, knowledgeable, and an excellent salesperson! I got everything I needed, including a new protective cover & case and a new adaptor. Thank you, Sophia!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in NorthPark Center on Saturday around midday while upgrading my iPhone. I waited more than 30 minutes before anyone helped me. After I finally completed my purchase, I was told to wait at a desk for another employee to help transfer my data from my old iPhone to the new one. I waited, but no one ever came to assist me. After waiting long enough, I ended up setting up the new iPhone by myself. Once I was finished, I walked around the store trying to find someone to return my old iPhone, but I couldn’t find anyone available. Eventually, I found an employee named Alex at the entrance and handed my old phone to him. The entire visit took more than an hour and a half, and most of that time was spent waiting or trying to figure things out on my own. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Apple. One of the reasons people choose Apple is because of the excellent in-store experience, but unfortunately that was not my experience at this location. I hope the Apple Store at NorthPark Center improves its customer service and communication so future customers receive the level of support that Apple is known for.

I had a very bad experience. I purchased a phone online to pick up in the store and complete the setup with a trade-in. Everything went smoothly until we tried to port my number to the new phone. I ended up working with four different representatives before a manager came over. I explained that I had to pick up my niece in South Dallas at 4:00 p.m. and needed a working phone so I could communicate with her and use Google Maps to find her location. Since the store had already placed a trade-in sticker on my old phone, they told me I couldn't take it with me. Their only suggestion was to leave and go to AT&T to get my new phone working. I was extremely anxious because my niece was in an area I was concerned about, and I had no reliable way to contact her or navigate to her location. While I was waiting for a callback from AT&T, the manager walked away with my working phone. I asked him to bring it back, but he refused. Thankfully, Toby found a solution that helped resolve the situation. I really appreciate his willingness to help. One process improvement I would strongly recommend is to not accept or disable a customer's trade-in phone until the new phone is fully set up, activated, and confirmed to be working. Customers should never be left without a functioning phone during the transition.

Absolutely terrible experience at Apple NorthPark Center. We spent more than three hours waiting for assistance with a phone issue and never received any real help. We checked in, were placed on a waiting list, and kept being told to wait. Meanwhile, multiple customers who arrived after us were helped, finished, and left before anyone even bothered to assist us. After wasting more than three hours of our time, nobody properly inspected the phone, nobody diagnosed the problem, and nobody offered a solution. The entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from Apple. Making customers wait for hours only to send them away without any answers is unacceptable. We left with the same problem we arrived with, except after losing half a day of our time. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Extremely disappointed.

We had an amazing experience at the Apple Store Summer Camp yesterday! The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and engaging with the kids. My child had so much fun learning new creative skills and interacting with everyone. The camp was very well organized, and the team made every child feel included and excited to participate. Thank you for creating such a fun and memorable experience for our family. We can’t wait to join again next year! A special thank you to the team for making my daughter feel so comfortable and inspired throughout the session.
