  Boris refused to fix my phone. He gave my phone back to me BROKEN. I was sitting inside apple for 3 hours, 5 different days. They told me my phone would be ready at 3:10 PM. I came at 5PM, he then tells me my phone isn’t ready. After sitting there for an hour + he tells me it has to be sent away and it will be ready in a week. He then tired to give me an iPhone 14 when my phone is a iPhone 16 Pro Max. He got security because I said I won’t take a loaner that’s less than my phone. After I said that he called security told me to get out and he’s not repairing my phone.

  Service sux tbh. If I wanted minimal interaction I would have done everything online. Obviously we came to get faster and quicker service. Initially we walked in and no one walked up to greet us nor acknowledge us. One guy named Joseph looked up and flagged us with his hand. Instead of him coming to us, he expected us to go to him. What happened to good old fashion customer service

  Customer Service was excellent but I tough that they open the ipods to fixed it mine is not charging but no they just do basic customer service and they just offer me to either buy a new one or use the guarantee but it cost more

  I wish I could give the -5. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The “manager”Mike was absolutely no help. Wasn’t professional and very dismissive. Hate turned to the back and looking like a thug. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. I actually ready to get an android
