- CPChance Proppe5 days ago5.0We came in to get a MacBook for our daughter for college and we were in and out in less than 30 mins. Jazmin was extremely friendly and helpful. She was also training someone as she was helping us. Extremely happy with our overall experience.
- BGBryan GrayJul 3, 20261.0Management is incompetent, the store’s functioning is quite alarming I made an appointment for service at 2:15, PM wasn’t supported until 3:00 PM. There was no technological service provided, but rather they got information from me and shipped my device out for services. My Recommendations: If there’s liquid damage, a Mac technician (there was only one available when I went) is not necessary. ANYONE can gather information and send it out. If you’d prefer a Mac technician do that process, have more than one available. There should be time updates for when my technician is TRULY available. I booked an appointment because I value my time and 45 minutes was wasted. Explore new management.

The staff told me they had too many unfinished jobs from earlier in the day and couldn't take me. What's the point of an appointment system if it means nothing? I rearranged my entire schedule to be there, and I was just sent home with zero resolution. No offer to reschedule with priority, no apology beyond a shrug — nothing. If your technicians can't manage their workload, don't keep booking appointments you can't honor. This was a complete waste of my time.
