  This was my worst Apple Store experience. The staff seemed inexperienced, and I waited hours while being passed around; everyone assumed someone else was helping me. The issue took only 5–10 minutes but required Apple to resolve a stuck process.

  I was a difficult customer, my iPhone 18 Pro Max had been without cellular for several weeks, causing my family some issues, which made me come off a little harsher than I meant to. Despite that Kaleem did an excellent job in meeting me halfway and finding a resolution I was happy with. He kept a professional and polite demeanor throughout, which I greatly appreciated. Really can’t emphasize enough that he did a great job.

  I had a walk-in repair appointment on Sep 23, 6:00–6:15 PM at this store (booked through my AT&T device protection plan) for a cracked iPhone screen. I arrived at 6:10 PM — inside the appointment window. The first employee told me I was "late" because check-in must happen before 6:00, so nothing could be done that day; she offered to reserve a screen so I could return without an appointment. When I asked the second employee why 6:10 counts as late for a 6:00–6:15 slot, she said the window is "just an estimate" and depends on how busy the store is — I had simply come too late for same-day service. So which is it — a strict 6:00 cutoff that was never communicated to me, or a meaningless estimate? Either way, I kept my appointment and still wasted the trip. Two employees, two contradictory explanations, zero accountability. If a booked time slot guarantees neither check-in nor service, what is the point of booking at all?

  Very bad experience with the store manager when I tell him I need to help with the phone he said I cannot because closed I tell him I don’t have a day off to come back still we are 25 minutes more the store open they said Sory I told him my kids with me. They said Sory when I tell him I need to buy iPhone 18 they said OK we can help you right now.

  Honestly, really disappointed with the experience at the Apple Store at Galleria. Reagan was outside receiving people, and from the moment we arrived, she looked us up and down and came across very aggressive and unwelcoming. There was no friendly greeting or welcoming attitude at all. I can’t say for sure what her intentions were, but the way we were treated made me feel like we were being judged because of our race. It was uncomfortable and definitely not the kind of customer service I expected from Apple.
