- MGMufasa GamezJul 31, 20261.0If I can put negative stars I would. Absolutely unbelievable. Took my cat their last week they told me “it’s nothing serious” and my cat passed away yesterday. When they put a piece of clothing to block her from getting to her booboo we asked if the cat is able to use the litter box while wearing it they said “yes” with confidence. We went home and the poor cat couldn’t even walk in it. Stay away from this place by all means!! They just want to get thru the day, they don’t care about you or your poor animals just money! Greedy punks. I would post pictures as well but I don’t want to disrespect the poor kitty. May she rest in peace.

They were all so nice and gave us so much peace. We were given a sample of his hair in a bottle and pins to wear in memory of our sweet dog. Weeks later, we received a beautiful card from them! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and very friendly faces! The people at the reception were so nice and so friendly and very welcoming. Then we got immediately sent into a room. When one of the vet associates came in, they were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they were very transparent with the shots that my cat needed or did not need. They were very sweet with my cat and even offered us free water for waiting. Overall, great experience 10/10, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone and their fur animal! Will definitely be coming back!
