My kitten Chanel and I came in for a checkup and to see if she needed her recommended vaccines. The staff were incredible, our tech DeAnna was very patient and gentle with Chanel and made her immediately comfortable despite her usual skittishness. She walked me through everything I needed to know regarding vaccinations, future checkups, tests, etc.
Dr. Mircovich was equally amazing and gave great care to Chanel during the checkup, never making her uncomfortable or stressed out. She was incredibly helpful in answering any of my questions and concerns related to feeding and behavior . The check in and check out process was swift and easy with little wait. I truly recommend this animal center to anyone living or visiting the area!

I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at VCA Oso Creek Animal Hospital & Emergency Center, especially Dr. Erica Haller and Dr. Alexis Newberry, for the extraordinary emergency care they provided to our fur baby.
We arrived on Monday night facing what felt like the worst possible situation. Our fur baby was in extremely critical condition, and at one point the team was having difficulty even detecting his pulse. We were terrified that we were going to lose him.
Dr. Haller, Dr. Newberry, and the emergency team immediately came together, assessed the situation, performed the necessary diagnostics, and made critical decisions when every moment mattered. What impressed us most was not only their medical knowledge, but their ability to work together under tremendous pressure. They continued fighting for him when his condition was at its most critical.
Because of their quick thinking, teamwork, careful monitoring, treatment, and dedication, our crazy little mischievous, fun loving, fur baby survived. Special thank you Rebecca (Becca) for all your love & support.
There are moments when veterinary medicine becomes much more than a profession. When an animal arrives barely hanging onto life, the knowledge, judgment, communication, and determination of the doctors and emergency staff can determine whether a family gets to bring their loved one home again. For our family, Dr. Haller, Dr. Newberry, Becca; and the VCA emergency team were the professionals who gave our fur baby a fighting chance; a new birth.
We will never forget what you did for him or for our family. Seeing him alive and recovering after remembering how critically ill he was when we arrived is something for which we will always be grateful.
Specially; thank you so much, Dr. Haller, Dr. Newberry, Becca; and the entire VCA Oso Creek emergency team, for working together and refusing to give up on our fur baby. You helped save a life that means the world to us.

We drove 25 mins to this place after finding out our dog had eaten a rasian oatmeal cookie and had us waiting for about an two hours with nothing really being told to us and only saying they were getting someone once we actually getting seen we were told they can try with us in the room to help him feel more at ease it than took another hour for them to attempt to induce vomiting and tried taking him to another room and within 10 mins gave up and said they couldn't do anything and said word for word "the doctor said he should be fine for being a bigger dog anyways" it was a subway cookie and he is 60-70lbs we wasted 3 hrs for nothing and called poison control who ACTUALLY helped us and he threw up 13 RASIANS!!! For us going in to help our poisoned dog they didnt help AT ALL nor seemed to have any urgency!!! I wouldn't recommend coming here personally!!!

tldr: they are the only 24 hr vet in a radius and they know it
the first time i took in my pet, i was told he needed a $6000 hospital visit or he would die in six months...we passed on the treatment because we didn't have the ability to pay
four years later he is experiencing pain and discomfort for different reasons
i waited for 5 hours before they took my dog back and they only took him back because i used one of the trigger words everyone else was using
when the front desk clerk belinda woke up from her nap i ask how much longer and she said she couldn't tell me because my dog was fine and the other dogs were trauma or more sick
she had no compassion no info and was not helpful and was sleeping on the job
i never saw a dr and they charged me over two thousand dollars
sabrina called and asked if i wanted to keep my dog there to monitor or monitor him at home...i started asking some questions and decided to keep him in the hospital because i don't know the first thing about monitoring his breathing rate or the heart condition they said he had
that was the end of the conversation with sabrina
someone called hours later and said if he has a bad heart read u will owe a grand and i clarified by asking "so i only owe additional if the read is bad and u have to send for a report from cardio?" and she said yes ill put u down as phone authorization
when i went to pick him up the next day, i sat in waiting room for twenty mins and my phone rings...its the dr with an update...i interrupt her and ask if she is aware i am in the building and she said no
so the communication is obviously broken from start to finish
the only compassion or understanding i got was from laylanei and she was just there to smooth things over and collect payment
even the paperwork they sent me home with had mistakes and contradictions
the fact that i paid thousand of dollars and it took 48 hrs to hear from a dr and the staff is not communicating effectively with clients is not worth the money spent
but they are the only clinic open after hours and they can get away with the bad standard of practice
