Came in at 1030pm with a dog throwing up blood. I stayed until 130 this morning and I was not seen. The waiting room was full of other people leaving, and one poor man(who had arrived before me) still waiting to be seen. While I was there I also heard them put the same lady on hold twice without taking any action. Instead, the receptionist ordered herself whataburger. This establishment is a joke and adds to the reasons people view Corpus as trashy.

Literally the most positive experience I’ve ever had with a vet. I was so anxious to come in with an emergency expecting the worst especially on a Sunday. Kim is amazing she made us feel so much better and everything was taken care of in about an hour and for way more affordable than I had anticipated. Thank you guys for taking care of my Stink Bug. <3

Had a scary moment when my dog had a unknown boil burst and she was bleeding everywhere and in pain. Upon arriving, the nurses immediately tended to her before we even had to fill out any paperwork. The nurses kept us up to date with constant information and after only an hour, we were able to take our little dog home, with all the after care she needed provided to us there instead of having to go to a pharmacy. Hopefully never have to go back, but feel confident in doing so if the need arises.

How do yall turn down a pet when even the actual office that handles exotic animals is having us refer back to you guys for help. Not wanting to see my pet is absolutely disgusting horrible and distasteful. Even poison control couldn’t understand why you guys wouldnt help.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!! If I didn't need my sweet boys heart meds I would get up and walk out. I made an appointment for 8:40 at the beginning of the week saying that he needs his heart meds and a yearly exam done. I get here and they tell me he can't be prescribed the medicine because they need a picture of the bottle and HE iS NOT SEEING A VET. NO one reached out before the visit saying this. I had all paperwork from previous vet for 2 years showing what was prescribed. I asked why they made me an appointment if I wasn't seeing a vet. The tech finally took the paperwork to the vet and they said they would go ahead and prescribe. The whole time they are acting like they dont want to see or do anything for him at all. I told the tech Mellisa that is how they are treating me. She looked at me like she could care less. They dont mind taking over $700 for meds, flea and tick, heartworm testing and other things but my little fella cannot see a vet. WHY WOULD THEY MAKE AN APPT??? Also I had to bring him a couple of months ago for his ears and the gave him meds for that. I asked that one ear be rechecked but forget that it would require a vet..... make this make since.... getting a yearly check up with no vet. Do yourself and your baby a favor and DO NOT COME HERE! They do not care!!! That is fact. I would not have given one star but had to give that to post this review. Also you can't go to the back with your baby. I'm from out of town working here just find somewhere else to go. Melissa the vet tech needs to find another job. She has NO people skills.
