  Don't expect help for anything behind windows, I waited for over 10 minutes until I was able to flag a blue shirt, because they would actively avoid me to help other people - once I got to flag a blue shirt, they call on their intercom for someone else to help me, and 15 minutes pass by without anyone; this was on store open, without many people around - the thing I can imagine would be me having my child with me, I carried my child, so no disturbances were made - terrible experience really, left without buying anything because it's baffling, really

  I ordered an item online on a Monday and paid extra for express shipping because it would arrive Wednesday. Had I just done free standard shipping it would have arrived Friday. Now that it’s Wednesday I get a notification saying its delayed and will arrive Sunday. Customer service was zero help. There way of fixing it was to report it to the review board. That was from a manager too. No effort to ship a new one or even offer a discount. From now on I’ll order from a more reliable company.

  Super frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a new refrigerator and the haul-away service that was promised at the time of purchase. When I purchased the new refrigerator, I specifically asked multiple times whether my old unit would be hauled away, even after disclosing that it had not been working for 8 days and that the ice maker may have caused leaking. I was clearly told this would not be a problem and that the haul-away service would still be completed. However, when the delivery team arrived, they refused to take the old refrigerator, citing “mold” inside the closed unit. This directly contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. I was told not a problem they wrap it up and haul it away. Because of this, I was left in a difficult position and had to rent equipment and arrange for someone else to remove the refrigerator at my own expense, time, and resources. Additionally, I requested a copy of the policy regarding haul-away conditions. Instead, I was only provided with a receipt and no documentation outlining these restrictions. This lack of transparency and truth of that their "policy" is. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The information provided at the time of sale was misleading, and customer service has not been helpful in resolving the issue what so ever.

  I bought about $10,000 worth of household items there when I moved i to my new house but ended up only paying about $7000 because all the items were all Samsung and Samsung gave me a discount. I had really good service when I did major appliance shopping. If you go in for a few smaller items, sometimes finding help is a hard. Many times I have looked at an employee and they would walk away. The Geek services is too tier...I would highly recommend you add that to your purchase.
