  If I can’t rate no stars I would. This store is gross the people smile in your face and scam you. I went in to get a phone a couple days ago and was told an accessory was part of a promotion. I get home realized I didn’t get a receipt I return 2 days later to get a receipt. I read the receipt to see 2 things I didn’t ask for a phone screen protector and phone insurance. I return to the store to return the screen protector only to hear the person that sold it to me deny any wrong. Then was told I thought I was happy that I got the screen protector I said yes until I realized it was a separate charge and not apart of the promotion. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional if the employee would have said they were going to charge me there wouldn’t have been an issue.

  I have been coming to this cricket location for years. I have seen it make its course of managers from Ross,Lannie, to Skyler and Anastasia and this store actually felt like somewhere you could trust. They treated my family with respect every single time (Anastasia even came to my kids recital when asked). I came in looking for Skyler only to find out he was no longer with the company and Tiffani was the new manager. And honestly? The way she spoke to my mom was not only utterly disrespectful but disgusting. Just because my mom doesn’t speak English well. Not only that but she was rude and dismissive. My mother a decorated army veteran walked out feeling embarrassed, and that has NEVER happened here before. Tiffani never even fixed the issue (fyi when she tells you you have a “free phone coupon” it’s a lie it’s a promo everyone has she’s just telling you to make money off of you”. I was so mortified I called Anastasia to see if she was still with the company and drove all the way to Killeen just so she could help me. She fixed in minutes what this location couldn’t be bothered to even handle correctly. From now on I will only be driving to whatever store Anastasia is at i dont care if it’s as far as El Paso either. YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
