  If your broker is Crane logistics, cancel that load, they are booking multiple trucks to pickup here and then canceling them when they find cheaper options, my truck was loaded and they told me you can either lower your rate or get unloaded. William Lynch and Enrique Rivera were the people I've dealt with, I also reached out to their Senior Carrier Sales Manager Andrew but he couldn't care less. Very bad business practices, I've never had my truck loaded and then asked from any other broker to either unload it because they found cheaper option or that I can take it for cheaper rate than agreed. They literally unloaded our truck to load another dry van trailer. 03/21/2026 was the date BOL / Pro numbers 358387 / 358389 Edit to reply on Rentex response Yes, I am putting review here because that's where it happened to us and you are their customer and you were okay with unloading us and putting it on another truck, no other customer/broker have ever done something like that to us. You should be more careful who you conduct business with. This review is here for the truckers to be aware of the way this was handled and not make a mistake like us.
