The rep today refused our return within the 7 day window. The rep called the store manager and we were informed they cannot do anything and to wait until Friday. We are not available at all times and this is why we came today. We contacted corporate and they suggested we return to the store again and ask for the refund per the policy ... The store rep was combative, raised her voice when the policy was laid in front or her that states we can return it within these 7 days ....She demanded my wife leave the store.... There were customers in the store and it was quite embarrassing I am sure for all parties involved. We were directed to return to the store and inform you to call your district manager and you did not...They were going to help you with the return and you made things more difficult .. We spoke with corporate 3 times today.. You instead called your store manager to avoid the district manager being aware at all. The matters are escalated. UPDATE: We came in on Saturday and talked to the original sales rep over the phone because we couldn't show up on Friday... We never got the refund...They said I would not get any money back ..We have been customers for over a decade.. I totally expected this so we already switched to Spectrum mobile and ported all 4 of our numbers over... I actually just canceled that last 5th line the sales rep added to our account instead of just doing the cheaper upgrade like we had asked for... If I hadn't talked you down to $125, I would have spent $190 for a basic Moto G play with a single camera when they provide better phones free for others. You scammed my wife on her birthday. The $125 dollars is worth the price of the knowledge I gained.... I will never do business with Cricket nor suggest the service again.. You have created 2 detractors.
