- MMMegan McIntoshSep 14, 20262.0They are scammers. Like the person below mention they charged them and wanted to charge them again. I came today because my cat needed her 3wks felv. They wanted to charge me again even though I was charged on August 17th again. I specifically remember telling the guy with dark hair and big circle earrings to take it off because I didn’t want to pay in advance and he said I can’t since it’s listed off with the vaccines. They tried to charge me beforehand with the fecal sample before I even brought it in but luckily some lady was nice enough to take it off to not pay ahead and the technician I spoke to admitted that they do this to avoid people having to pay on the same day. This is proof this is not the first time they done this to people. They couldn’t refund my $63.00 and I paid for a service I didn’t get for my pet. I know what I paid in advance and even technician told me I had to come in today to get vaccine that’s the whole reason why I came. I saved my money to be able to take care of my pets as a college student. I will be reporting this place and reporting they stole money and lied.
