  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at this store while attempting to make a purchase of approximately $700 in cash. I completely understand the need for employees to verify large bills or follow loss prevention procedures. However, the way the situation was handled was embarrassing and unprofessional. After the cashier called over another employee to check the cash, the second employee acted in a way that made me feel like I was being accused of using counterfeit money, and it created an uncomfortable scene in front of other customers. There needs to be a more respectful and discreet process for verifying cash payments. Customers spending their hard-earned money should not be made to feel singled out or treated suspiciously in public. I have shopped at Best Buy before and expect better customer service and professionalism from your staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers do not experience the same treatment. Thank you

  Went to buy a TV. Could not get waited on and when I ask the manager he said they do not staff the area with employees. Basically come get someone if you want help.

  Was looking for a nice monitor for my first PC and Trigo was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. Made my whole experience better, huge shoutout to him.

  My daughter and I waited in line for an hour to buy Pokémon items. While we were waiting, several people cut in front of us and were still allowed to make purchases. When it was finally our turn, the staff told us that kids were not allowed to buy the items. However, before us, another family with two kids around my daughter’s age was allowed to purchase Pokémon items without any issue. My daughter was even going to use her own credit card to pay, but they still refused. This felt very unfair and inconsistent.

  There’s no other franchise I’d rather take my hardware to. I bought a printer for my small business here at a better price than Amazon, and when the scanner started malfunctioning a young manager named David and Geek Squad associate named Gian helped me replace it. They even showed me a membership plan that helped me save on my ink toner! When you run your own business, you really appreciate workers like these, I can’t recommend this location enough.
