  Unfortunately, Best Buy is not the store I expected it to be; they trick people into signing up for credit cards, and just as customers are finishing paying them off, they hike up the interest rates. It is unfair that a store would do something like that.

Because of your help I was able to get my daughter her new iPhone and all the gadgets she has been asking for her birthday turn out to be the best ever cause of your help and wonderful customer service thank you Best Buy for such a wonderful customer service 😊🤗

  I had a worse experience ever at best.Buy, I went in to buy a laptop.And the guy put the laptops gave me every excuse not to sell me a laptop.Never even looked in stock to see anything.Just fight off top and said, they dont have anything. When I specifically saw online and went to that specific store, I will never go to this store ever again. I don't recommend it to anyone not. If you're looking for a laptop, the worst thing is the guy said he was a manager.That's when I had to walk away

  I ordered something we needed, a tv antenna, to watch live TV on our smart TV. Its a great antenna! Very happy with our purchase and Best Buy in general. We enjoy shopping here, the employees are so very nice and helpful.

  I came here looking for a new laptop since mine bit the dust after 10 years. The variety was good but the prices were high unfortunately. Ben, an older worker, helped me greatly. Not only was he respectful of my price range, but even worked to solve the issues I had with my previous one’s overheating issue. Ben was a great help and was a great character. The only issue was that the one I wanted wasn’t in stock and was only available in Mansfield. On the bright side, I was offered another choice of getting it delivered in quite literally 3 days. Four stars instead of five because it said the laptop was available but wasn’t actually. Otherwise great. TLDR: Great discounts, helpful employees (Ben), and wonderful customer service. Would recommend for anybody looking to get a laptop. Update: Turns out Ben accidentally clicked Arlington instead of Mansfield. Found out after going to the Best Buy in Mansfield. 😔
