Natalie was so kind and patient, even while having to handle an upset caller who refused to listen to reason. She ultimately fixed my issue and made my daughter and myself so happy!!! Next time I have any issues, this Cricket store will be my first stop!

I had no other phone or ISP so the mgr loaned me his old phone in case I had an emergency while mine was sent off to the warranty place. The two Cricket locations in San Antonio I went to need to learn from these guys. They were horrible. Keep it up!
