  Es el colmo... Tienda de telefonía y no atienden llamadas 😂 llevo cuatro números de varias tiendas marcados y no responden. Llamo a servicio al cliente y ya llevo 20 minutos en espera con un mensaje pregrabado desesperante que ya se repitió 400 veces...🥲😵🤯

  I recently got service at this store and the staff s very helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with the plan I selected and after a month I added a new line for a family member.

  Horrible experience at this cricket store very bad customer service. Representatives there are no help I have had nothing but bad experience at this specific store. I had various issues wt cell phone 1 I had no service for one week due to antenas not working and I never get credit for no service 2 my mothers cell phone since I bought it has not work when calling the phone is static the other person talking to her don’t hear her the line cuts off 3 this store is horrible no customer service help never this is not the first time and 4 and last when I had ti pay my 2nd bridge payment for 42.87 dollars I was missing .87 cents due to death of my father I forgot to pay the .87 cents on 4/14/22 my service was cut off I was made pay 100 dollars 65 for the line plus 25 reactivación and the 4 dollars charge for payment I have been loyal customer for more than 8yrs wt very bad service I hope this gets resolve I ME VERY UPSET
