  Worst Customer Experience. Avoid this location at all costs. I placed a store-assisted online order on July 23 for a phone, and it was delivered to my house. The device box is completely unopened and pristine, which legally falls well within Cricket’s official 7-day return policy window.When I brought it to the store to process the return, the register threw Error 1047007 due to an internal tracking sync glitch. Instead of calling their corporate Retail Support Bridge or Dealer Support line to get an IT override to help a customer, the manager completely refused to help me, lied about internal support existing, and told me to just leave. They also accidentally bundled the wrong screen protector on the same receipt, locking up my money.Unprofessional, untrained staff who choose to turn away customers over basic computer glitches. I have had to file a formal complaint with the Corporate BBB and initiate a bank chargeback for $1,451.60 just to get my money back from this franchise. Go elsewhere.” UPDATE: Cricket Wireless Corporate had to step in over the head of this store to fix their mess. After I filed a formal BBB complaint, the corporate office manually processed my full $1451.60 refund.

  I will give here and honest review this store has very poor staff . Always have wait from 10 minutes to 30 minutes before you even can talk to Tham I would close my business if this was my business

  Ok well we've had this for 4 months our service sucks a** the internet is always so damn slow if we go I.... there just like maybe its your phone so we upgraded and it costed us 25 Wich is insane cause we already payed the phone why the 25 extra??and no the internet isn't faster the same as always slow And we upgraded yesterday the 10-16-2018 and Brittney told us we could add hotspot on to our account so today I called and they were so rude and said u can't do it over the phone u have to pay right away so I said I have a debit card and she was just like we can't do it over the phone what the heck is up with y'all I thought it was supposed to be a great company and nice pll so disappointed
