  I never had any complaints about the wireless service itself and we got a good deals on our phones when we SWITCHED. However, for their so-called, "upgrade" it was going to cost nearly $200 for some lower to middle tier phones. Also, in the almost five years that I have been a customer, I've never really found the staff to be all that helpful. If your looking to switch for a slightly cheaper monthly rate, then Cricket might be for you. If you're looking for better deals on upgrades and generally better service, then go with a contract provider.
