  Elderly people BEWARE! I went to have my phone checked out due to not keeping a charge. I have been a Cricket customer for many years. ALEXIS was my sales person who said I needed a new phone and sold me one for $30.00 which was an Iphone 11. After leaving the store I realized she failed to transfer any contacts or my photos. I went back to the store 30 minutes later to get this resolved and was told by a young man I would need my apple ID and would have to go the the Apple store fir this. I asked to speak to Alexis and she would not come out to the front of the store to speak to me!! After a month I got a charge of $130.00 on my bank account for "Progressive Leasing " having no clue what this was for I called them and they explained I had a lease agreement thru Cricket for $1400.00. I was totally UNAWARE OF THIS!! She never explained this to me or went over a receipt with me! Now I know why this store is top in sales!! PATHETIC that you do business like this with ELDERLY people. Will never refer friends or family to Cricket again but will go straight to the BBB. This is posted for the customer my husband...REESE Meaux.

  Love my Cricket cell phone service, but the store was unhelpful. At the store was told I couldn't add another line (my 6th) and would have to create a 2nd account. I just left and added the line from home on the website with no problem.
