  Let me tell you a story of true customer service that the likes of our small town hardly ever sees. I have had the absolute WORST experience over the last year with that hack cell company, Boost. They are just trash from start to finish. So I went to trade to Cricket. I had to call Boost to get my account released so as I can have my phone number that I have had since 2013. I am not kidding when I say that BOOST held my number hostage. They literally did a hard pull of my credit then asked me 10 questions from my credit report. I answered them all correct, and got "Sorry, sir. I can't release your info to you at this time. Please follow the link in your email and upload a photo of your driver's license, Social security card, and a video of you holding the cards.".... I hung up. I actually had to use the LAN line at Cricket to call Boost because my phone was dead. Trust me when Ai say that EVERYONE in the store heard my call..... I left Cricket after giving my information to the sales staff at Cricket, and my hero, Gigi Rodriguez. I came back four hours later, and she, "made a call" and all my stuff was worked out and my new phone was ready to go. I know what she did on the call, but won't share. Just believe me when I say it was 10 notches ABOVE "great customer support"... Gigi Rodriguez at Cricket Wireless... If you need a phone, REMEMBER THAT NAME.

  I was hung up on while trying to take care of my service plan n had to leave work to go do it at the store so they couldn't hang up on me

  Gigi the store manager was very helpful and managed to get me and my husband new phones for a great deal, she was very friendly and it did not take long either . She made sure we left satisfied! She cares about her store , her employees and her customers! If you want a new phone with great deals please go here and ask for Gigi the manager she will get you set !
